What this site collects, and what happens to it.
Short version: very little, it stays with me, and I will delete it if you ask.
The contact form
If you use the contact form, I receive your name, email address, company (if you give one), what you are interested in, and your message. The form sends it to my inbox through an email delivery service (Resend). I use it only to reply to you. It is not added to a mailing list, sold, or shared.
The readiness scorecard
The scorecard runs entirely in your browser. Your answers are not sent anywhere or stored by me.
Analytics
The site uses Google Analytics and Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. Google Analytics sets cookies; Cloudflare Web Analytics does not. Neither is used to identify you or to advertise to you.
Keeping and deleting
Messages stay in my email for as long as they are useful for our conversation. To have yours deleted, email mike.harvey@harveyconsultancy.com and I will remove it.
